Within the foundation, the Real Madrid Educational Football Program, designed as part of the sporting activities, aims to introduce the Methodology of the Real Madrid Foundation to children aged 4-17.
The legendary football methodology, which has achieved success in over 66 countries, is now in Turkey!
The program, led by Spanish head coaches sent by the Real Madrid Foundation, offers an experience that meets international standards.

The Real Madrid Foundation (“RMF”) was established in 1997 to bring the club’s social, cultural, and sporting values to public service. The foundation represents the spirit of the club and serves as a vehicle for giving back to the community everything the club has gained over its 113-year history.
The Real Madrid Foundation develops social and educational projects based on nine core values: leadership, self-discipline, humility, friendship, effort, teamwork, respect, tolerance, and solidarity.
METHODOLOGY - MORE THAN FOOTBALL
From the Educational Football Program of the Real Madrid Foundation in Türkiye, participants are taught with in a comprehensive methodology, to ensure the best experience for our players.
The Real Madrid Foundation (RMF) training methodology encompasses five core principles: Physical, Technical, Tactical, and Psychological development, as well as instilling the Real Madrid Foundation Values.
By integrating these five key areas, we ensure that our players receive education beyond football, preparing them for success in all aspects of life.
Our training programs aim to provide program participants with technical and tactical tools by using the methodology and philosophy developed by Real Madrid Foundation. We can explain how we make these values attractive and effective for our young athletes as follows:
Values
In our training sessions, in line with the philosophy of the methodology, we focus on a specific value each month to enrich the scope of our education: Respect, Self-Esteem, Friendship, Healthy Lifestyle Habits, Independence, Motivation, and Equality.
Physical Development
Our training programs are designed to improve our players' physical fitness. We prioritize strength, agility, endurance, and athleticism to ensure our athletes are in optimal condition.
Technical Development
We focus on providing the technical tools through drills and exercises that enhance ball control, passing, shooting, and dribbling. Our goal is to cultivate technically proficient players who can perform at the highest levels.
Tactical Understanding
Our methodology includes tactical training that helps players understand the importance of strategies, formations, and teamwork in the game. We teach our athletes to think critically on the field and make smart decisions during matches.
Psychological Growth
We believe in the importance of mental strength and resilience. Our programs include psychological training that helps players build confidence, manage stress, and develop a positive mindset both on and off the field.
Technical and Tactical Integration
By integrating these methods, we ensure that our young athletes not only succeed in football but also grow into individuals who excel in all areas of life, both on and off the field.

LIVE THE EXPERIENCE IN MADRID!
Participants in the Educational Football Program of the Real Madrid Foundation in Turkey will be able to live a unique experience in the Real Madrid Sports City (Madrid – Spain).
Boys and girls will be able to enjoy a clinic led by Real Madrid Foundation coaches, learning the Foundation’s own methodology through an educational-sports training program that combines sport, education in values and leisure for a week. During the sessions, values such as teamwork and respect will be worked on, values that they will be able to apply in their daily lives.
Participants, in addition to enjoying training in Real Madrid City, will visit the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and do other leisure activities in the city.

Embark on an enchanting 5-day journey to the heart of Real Madrid Foundation, the foundation of the most successful football club in the world. This extraordinary program offers a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant life of Madrid and the captivating world of Real Madrid.
Players participating in our Real Madrid Foundation Programs in Turkey will be able to train with Real Madrid Foundation coaches at the Real Madrid training facilities in Madrid.
This experience is aimed at our young athletes participating in our camps and Educational Football Program in Türkiye!
Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge
The Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge brings together participants from the EFP and international RMF clinics at Real Madrid City.
Participating in this tournament is not just a friendly competition; it is a journey to experience the values of the Real Madrid Foundation first-hand.
It offers EFP participants a unique experience of values and football, in a day where different cultures coexist with a common goal: their passion for sport.
The Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge is an incredible and exciting tournament that brings together more than 40 teams and more than 450 players from around the world, from U10 to U14, where the Real Madrid Foundation methodology comes to life.
