The Real Madrid Foundation was established to bring the social, cultural, and sporting values of Real Madrid Football Club to the public service. Within the foundation, the Real Madrid Educational Football Program, designed as part of the sporting activities, aims to introduce the official Real Madrid football methodology to children aged 4-17.
The legendary football methodology, which has achieved success in over 66 countries, is now in Turkey! The program, led by Spanish head coaches sent by the official Real Madrid academy, offers an experience that meets international standards. Join us and continue to grow together in Turkey.

The club, known as Real Madrid Club de Fútbol (CF), was founded in 1902. Honored by FIFA as the “Greatest Football Club of the 20th Century,” the club has won 15 UEFA Champions leagues, 2 UEFA Cups, 36 LaLiga titles, and 20 Copa del Rey victories among many others. One of the major reasons behind all these successes is the club’s tradition of selecting the world’s best players. Current players include Arda Güler, Luka Modrić, Kylian Mbappé, and Jude Bellingham, while football legends include Zinedine Zidane, Alfredo di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas, Emilio Butragueño, Ronaldo, and Roberto Carlos.
Real Madrid is not only adept at discovering top players but also at developing them. Currently, 12 homegrown players are representing Madrid, and over 100 of its former players have contracts with professional clubs across Europe.
REAL MADRID FOUNDATION
The Real Madrid Foundation (“RMF”) was established in 1997 to bring the club’s social, cultural, and sporting values to public service. The foundation represents the spirit of the club and serves as a vehicle for giving back to the community everything the club has gained over its 113-year history.
The Real Madrid Foundation develops social and educational projects based on nine core values: leadership, self-discipline, humility, friendship, effort, teamwork, respect, tolerance, and solidarity.
METHODOLOGY - MORE THAN FOOTBALL
Our professional team at the Real Madrid Foundation Football program has developed a comprehensive methodology, drawing on their experiences at Real Madrid Academy.
The Real Madrid Foundation (RMF) training methodology encompasses five core principles: Physical, Technical, Tactical, and Psychological development, as well as instilling the Real Madrid Foundation Values.
By integrating these five key areas, we ensure that our players receive education beyond football, preparing them for success in all aspects of life.
Our training programs aim to develop young players’ technical and tactical skills by using the methodology and philosophy developed and employed by Real Madrid C.F.’s ‘Cantera’ (Academy). We can explain how we make these values attractive and effective for our young athletes as follows:

In our training sessions, in line with the philosophy of the methodology, we focus on a specific value each month to enrich the scope of our education: Respect, Self-Esteem, Friendship, Healthy Lifestyle Habits, Independence, Motivation, and Equality.
Physical Development
Our training programs are designed to improve our players' physical fitness. We prioritize strength, agility, endurance, and athleticism to ensure our athletes are in optimal condition.
Technical Skills
We focus on developing technical skills through drills and exercises that enhance ball control, passing, shooting, and dribbling. Our goal is to cultivate technically proficient players who can perform at the highest levels.
Tactical Understanding
Our methodology includes tactical training that helps players understand the importance of strategies, formations, and teamwork in the game. We teach our athletes to think critically on the field and make smart decisions during matches.
Psychological Growth
We believe in the importance of mental strength and resilience. Our programs include psychological training that helps players build confidence, manage stress, and develop a positive mindset both on and off the field.
Technical and Tactical Integration
By integrating these methods, we ensure that our young athletes not only succeed in football but also grow into individuals who excel in all areas of life, both on and off the field.
Our Camps and Clinics offer a unique opportunity to experience the world-class training methodology of the Real Madrid Foundation. As part of the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program, we will organize special camps in Turkey throughout the year, in addition to participating in tournaments held in various cities around the world. This provides our young athletes with the chance to meet and compete with players from the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program worldwide, while also representing their country on the international stage.

The Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge is an incredible and exciting tournament that brings together more than 40 teams and over 450 players from around the world, ranging from U10 to U14, where the most legendary winning methodology in football comes to life.
