LILS YOUTH ACADEMY was established in Ankara to bring together sports activities in various disciplines with international education and standards.

With the slogan “Littles to Pros,” the brand’s primary goal is to enhance the motivation and physical development capacity of children who start sports at an early age, regardless of the discipline they pursue, and to support them on their journey, potentially to a professional level. Additionally, it offers local and international children the opportunity to train and socialize in a multi-cultural environment.

The Real Madrid Foundation was established to offer the social, cultural, and sporting values of the Real Madrid Football Club to the public. Within the foundation, the Real Madrid Educational Football Program, created as part of the sports activities, aims to introduce the official Real Madrid football club methodology to children aged 4-17. The project will be supervised by our Spanish Head Coaches sent by the official Real Madrid Football Academy and coordinated with our Turkish Head Coach. As part of our activities, our students will participate in both domestic and international camps and have the opportunity to represent Turkey on the international stage by competing in a tournament held in Madrid every April, along with Real Madrid football program players from all over the world.”

Are you the Official Football Program of Real Madrid?

The Real Madrid Foundation (Real Madrid Vakfı) was established with the aim of bringing the social, cultural, and sporting values of the Real Madrid Football Club to the public. Within the foundation's scope of sporting activities, the Real Madrid Educational Football Program aims to introduce the Official Real Madrid Football Club methodology to children aged 4-17. Currently, we are running the program under the official supervision of the Real Madrid Foundation in three major cities in Turkey.

Can Everyone Join the Training Sessions?

All athletes between the ages of 4 and 17 can participate in the official Real Madrid Football Training Program. Additionally, we offer personalized individual training sessions for older athletes.

Can I join the training whenever I want?

Sure, you are always welcome to visit our facilities and participate in trial sessions during our training days. However, it would be better to contact us beforehand to organize a suitable day and time for you.To join a trial session, simply fill out the registration form available on our homepage. How long do the training sessions last?

Our training sessions last between 1:00 and 1:30 hours, depending on the age group. They consist of both theoretical and practical content.

Will Female Athletes Have the Opportunity to Train at RMF in Turkey?

Just like in all other sports disciplines, in football, what matters is not gender dominance but providing opportunities to assess interest in the sport.
As Real Madrid Football Program, we offer comprehensive support to the strong girls of football and provide special discounts and registration opportunities to encourage them and help transform their interest into talent.

Can I come to the training alone or do my parents need to be with me as well?

During your demo week, your parents must always be with you. For security reasons, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the training field without their parents being present and without prior permission.

Are sibling discounts and similar discounts applied?

Sibling discounts and various corporate partnerships are available.

Are Special Talents Encouraged?

Of course. We conduct talent scouting at regular intervals. We share information about this on our website and social media channels.

Which cities can I join the Real Madrid Football Program in?

Currently, you can always contact us to attend trial lessons and visit our facilities in three major cities: Istanbul, Ankara, and Antalya.

What is the duration of the training?

Our program runs from the beginning of September until the end of June and is offered as a 10-month package.

Trial Training Only One Day?

You can join the trial training at any time you wish. However, if you inform us beforehand, we can arrange the most suitable day and time for you. Additionally, once you start, you must complete your demo sessions within a week.

Which equipment do I need to participate in a trial training session?

You should wear sportswear and WHITE clothing, and bring appropriate football shoes for grass or synthetic turf. All other equipment will be provided by us.

Are trial training sessions paid?

Our trial training sessions are free of charge.

Who are the coaches?

Two UEFA Pro Licensed Spanish Head Coaches sent by the official Real Madrid Football Academy regularly stay in contact with our Head Coaches to oversee the implementation and dissemination of the training plan, and they visit our facilities. Our Spanish Coaches are UEFA PRO licensed. At the facility, our head coach holds a UEFA B License and works with a coaching team composed of some of the best in the field.

Can I play in the leagues as well?

We ensure that our athletes participate in a regular match schedule. To provide a consistent match program, we collaborate with local organizations.

What Should I Pay Attention to When Attending Training Sessions?

RMF Football Program is a group training that consists of both on-field activities and theoretical lessons adapted for education. Therefore, you must always arrive on time to attend all the training sessions.

Which language will my child communicate with the coach in?

Our students can communicate with their coach in Turkish, but if they are more comfortable expressing themselves in English, all of our trainers also speak English.
