INFORMATION REQUEST ON PROTECTION OF
PERSONAL DATA LAW
GENERAL INFORMATION
Personal data subjects (the “Applicant”) defined as the person concerned in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, no. 6698 (the “Law”), published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016, and no. 29677, are entitled to make some requests from the data supervisor regarding the storage, processing of personal data and also some other matters in accordance with the Article 11 of the Law. In this context, SCD Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Sti. (SCD) and its collaborators acts as the “data supervisor”.
Pursuant to the Article 13/1 of the Law, the applications to be made to SCD Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Sti. (SCD) and its collaborators in relation to the rights as set forth in the Law must be communicated in writing or by other methods determined by the Board for Personal Data Protection (the “Board”).
In this context, the applications to be made in writing to the SCD Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Sti. (SCD) and its collaborators may be conveyed personally and in writing by the Applicant by printing out the Information Request Form, or through a Notary Public, or by being sent to the registered electronic mail address after being signed by the Applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined under the Electronic Signature Law, no. 5070.

The applications communicated to the SCD Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Sti. (SCD) and its collaborators shall be answered within thirty days, free of any charge, from the date of receipt of your request in accordance with the Article 13/2 of the Law and depending on the nature of the request. However, in case the process requires any additional cost, our Institution shall charge the fee as specified by the Board of Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the BPPD).
Our answers shall be delivered to you in writing or in an electronic medium pursuant to the Article 13 of the Law. Therefore, the following information should be provided completely and fully. Applications that do not meet the requirements shall not be considered.
