The Real Madrid Foundation Educational Football Program is brought to you by SCD EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK in collaboration with İKİOK YOUTH ACADEMY.
Samsun is one of the most important cities of the Black Sea Region, standing out with its deep-rooted sporting culture, its strong passion for football and its young population. In a city where sport is a natural part of daily life, İkiok Youth Academy offers young athletes a disciplined, motivating and professional environment in which to develop. Samsun’s strong footballing tradition and its culture of raising athletes are in natural harmony with the spirit of our program.
Furthermore, from the moment our athletes join the football program, they develop not only their technical football skills but also their self-confidence, sense of responsibility, discipline, teamwork and decision-making. Sessions are structured in line with the Real Madrid methodology and planned around the development level of each age group, so that our players progress with a more conscious, systematic and correct approach to football, while learning the values of respect, commitment, friendship and team spirit — growing not only into successful athletes, but into good human beings.

ALL ABOUT PROGRAM
The Real Madrid Foundation was established to offer the social, cultural, and sporting values of the Real Madrid Football Club to the public. Within the foundation, the Real Madrid Educational Football Program, created as part of the sports activities, aims to introduce the official Real Madrid Foundation football methodology to children aged 4-17. The project will be supervised by our Spanish Head Coach sent by the official Real Madrid Foundation and coordinated with our Turkish Head Coach. As part of our activities, our students will participate in both domestic and international camps and have the opportunity to represent Turkey on the international stage by competing in a tournament held in Madrid every April, along with Real Madrid Foundation Football Program players from all over the world.”

Delivered within Samsun’s strong football culture, the Real Madrid Foundation Educational Program offers a professional and inclusive environment that supports the development of children and young people at every level. Reflecting Real Madrid’s deep-rooted footballing heritage and international standards, our program brings together those taking their first steps in football, those looking to improve, and those aiming to take their performance further. Alongside technical development, we place teamwork, discipline, self-confidence, responsibility and healthy-living habits at the centre — supporting our children’s growth both as footballers and as individuals.
SAMSUN CAMPUS
Our Samsun Campus offers young athletes a modern, safe football environment built to professional standards. Our large, high-specification artificial turf pitch and our regularly maintained natural grass pitch provide ideal conditions for quality, uninterrupted training. Families can follow their children’s sessions in comfort from our cafeteria, which looks directly onto the pitch, or via our large-screen viewing system, and enjoy their time in spacious open areas. To support our athletes’ development off the pitch, the campus also includes a dedicated classroom, modern refurbished changing rooms and practical social areas. All sessions are delivered in a structured, professional manner in line with the Real Madrid Foundation methodology. With its strong infrastructure and facilities, Our Samsun Campus, with its strong infrastructure and opportunities, provides a comprehensive educational environment where children can experience football while developing teamwork, discipline, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility in line with the values of the Real Madrid Foundation.
