The athletes are divided into groups of the same age. The training sessions are staggered so that the density of athletes on the pitch is not too high. Training usually lasts 1.5 hours. For smaller age groups 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ALL ABOUT OUR VENUES
Antalya, the tourism capital of Turkey, stretches for several hundred kilometers along the Turkish Riviera. In order to guarantee access for all football-loving children and young people, we provide two fantastic training fields in the east and west of the city. It is also possible to train at both sites every day, regardless of location.
Our weekly league matches take place every Sunday in the newly built AICOSPORTS Park. Every athlete has the opportunity to play in a league in their age group if they wish.
Nırvana Cosmopolıtan
Our East branch is located on the grounds of the fantastic luxury class hotel, the Nirvana Cosmopolitan. Here we have the opportunity to train our athletes on an excellent and daily maintained grass pitch. The hotel environment and the technical equipment of the Cosmos Sports Center offer many professional teams first-class training conditions year after year. During the training of their protégés, we offer parents the opportunity to take part in sporting activities themselves. Whether tennis, paddle tennis, swimming, Pilates or the Techno Gym, the Nirvana Cosmopolitan also offers a wide range of activities for sports-loving parents.

Doğu şubemiz, Nirvana Cosmopolitan’ın oteli tesislerinde yer almaktadır. Burada sporcularımızı günlük olarak bakımı yapılan bir çim sahada eğitme fırsatına sahibiz. Otelin çevresi ve Cosmos Spor Merkezi’nin teknik donanımı, her yıl birçok profesyonel takıma birinci sınıf antrenman koşulları sunmaktadır. Sporcularımızın antrenmanı sırasında, ebeveynlere kendileri için de spor aktivitelerine katılma fırsatı sunuyoruz. İster tenis, paddle tenis, yüzme, Pilates veya Techno Gym olsun, Nirvana Cosmopolitan spor düşkünü ebeveynler için de geniş bir yelpazede aktiviteler sunmaktadır.
AICOSPORTS Park
Our West branch is located directly on the edge of the north/south highway in the Efeler Park forest park. In January 2024, an artificial turf pitch was built here to European standards. From the high-quality granules used to the changing rooms with sanitary facilities, attention was paid to many details and no expense was spared so that the 90m x 50m soccer pitch offers excellent training conditions. There is also a great opportunity for parents to get out into nature themselves during the training sessions. They can even book a trainer for their personal cardio training on the 151,000 km2 of woodland.
